...without having him suicide? We all know that 80 billion people, myself included, have 0.50 on this event by means of Yoshi killing himself. But how fast can you get by KOing him? Whether by meteor or rest or whatever means, what are your best times for each character?
Mine so far:
0.83 - Falcon
0.85 - Falco
0.72 - Fox
0.68 - Ness
0.77 - Kirby
0.60 - Young Link (my best)
0.73 - Pikachu (only score with KO off the right side)
0.70 - Jiggly
0.73 - Mr GW
Perhaps with enough luck, a new WR strat can be found.

Before I knew about the WR strat I used to let Yoshi run at me and I would rest him backwards =P

Pikachu is dash jump right, AUA x2
Falcon, Falco, Fox, Kirby all used grab strats
Ness was a SH backwards ADA
Young Link was a walk left, tilt downA
Jiggly and Mr GW were the obvious strats >_>

Do you think a Peach bomb method could work? You know, grab the bomb, walk left, single jump and drop the bomb and fast fall. Make the bomb hit Yoshi and spike him.
Just a thought. I think the bomb might hurt Peach, though.

Bomb wouldn't knock him down much faster than him falling would it? If you use that strat.

I think a bomb wouldn`t be faster because of the huge bomb lag (about 0.3). The only way to improve it might be a spike with a hardly non-lagging ADA-char (?eg. like Falco?)
....

tested with AR, 1.00 with Peach bomb method, not very good..
Ness ADA or Ylink down tilt are the least laggy spikes I think. Not sure about kirby ADA.

shine has the least start-up lag for fox, but that isnt what we're talking about, we're talking about hitlag, and im pretty sure the shine has atleast a little of that...

My bad. Hitlag is the amount of lag from from a spike before you can do anything?
