Hello smashers >_> so yeah, I just buyed a new AR (a new one) for gamecube (that works for wii too) so when I came to try my Action replay, it told me that they couldn't read the game So is there a way for it to work?

Take it from me, don't play Gamecube games on the Wii, it has a history of corrupting memory cards. If it hasn't happened now, it will do.

I just buyed a new ARbuyed = bought. Anyways, you're having this problem because Nintnedo sends out updates that stops Action Replay/Freeloading devices. A Freeloader is a device that allows you to play games from a different region on your own home console. There is only one way around this... and that is to stop updating your Wii. (Who wants to do that?) I suggest brushing off the Nintendo Gamecube. Get back to me on your "progress" whenever you can.

I've had 1 (third party) memory card corrupted and that was on my GC and was simply fixed by turning off the machine everytime it said it corrupted instead of responding to the message it gave. I gave away my GC to my cousin last christmas and have played GC games on the wii since and not once has my memory cards taken any damage

Buy a second hand GC for £20 ($40).
I never update my Wii. No idea why.

Maybe I'm cursed. But I do know that it has happened to Sword of Seals at least once and me three times.
And about updating the Wii. When I got Super Mario Galaxy it forced me to update the Wii in order to play it.

Yes the wii forces you to update. But as long as you remember to update your chip first then there shouldn't be a problem with chipping anyway.
