Hi everyone. I know that most people shy away from Training Mode, but for some reason I like to play it. My total is a little more decent, though (slightly above 370,000 combos).
I could really use some assistance from anyone here. I cannot contact KSK since I do not have MSN, and I cannot reach Kai. The same applies to Infernum and practically everyone else. So can any of you help me with my scores?
Two scores that trouble me are Fox and Falco. I do not know their World Record strategies. I know that it cannot just be the Wall Bounce or Juggle Techniques. If anyone has their strategies (or even some videos), I would greatly appreciate it. I'm sorry for any inconvenience.

I saw a Falco vid ages ago. Falco and three Bowsers on Fourside, on the right side of the middle building. I think there were 2 Bowsers to the left of Falco and one on the right. Falco face left. Keep doing rapid kicks and every once in a while double tap start to reset the %. I assume this works with Fox too.

Really? When I press start twice, the combo stops. I guess I'm not doing it correctly...
At around what damage should I reset the percentage? And should I keep the speed at 1X or does it matter?
Thank you very much for the help, though. I greatly appreciate it.

Pichu, Link, Young Link, pikachu and others by my tactic ( maybe someone discovered this earlier =o) Go to The Hyrule temple and go to the place to the left when you can down to a kind of middle platform, there keep pressing neutral a, ( use bowser <.< ) after some attacks it will fly away to your back ( sometime happen sometimes no ) and when he turns back keep tapping a, he wil reach 999% but he will not be able to "wake up" i get link 1001 and YL 999 Pichu 2k+ and something like that, of course i have mewtwo and IC 32767 hits, but i want to know how to make the black hole glitch on training with peach for a fast 32767 hits =)

Thank you for the tips, Crono, but I know about those characters (Link/Young Link, Pikachu/Pichu, Ness, etc). Currently, I'm really just looking for ways to perform Falco and Fox's World Record Runs.
I tried what supersmashbrossss suggested, but it does not work for me. Bowser moves vertically as I attack him against the wall. Then he drops down, and the counter goes back to zero.
I heard that there is some strategy with a Super Scope and their Reflectors. Does anyone know anything about it? Sorry for all of the trouble...

You need to reset the damage before they go out of reach. Attack the middle Bowser, not the one against the wall.

I see what you mean. It's just that when I attack to the left, I end up attacking both Bowsers instead of just the middle one. Since Fox/Falco's first two jabs move them forward slightly, I end up attacking two Bowsers at once.
Also, whenever I try to reset the damage, Fox/Falco stops the kicks, and I have to go back to zero. I must really be annoying to you, sorry.
If you have access to a video of this, could you link me to it? I have searched all over the Internet, and I could not find one.

I think I'll go try it out later. I think you have to double tap start really quick then continue button bashing A. You're probably not pressing start quick enough so the rapid kicks stop.

Even on 1/2 speed, when I button mash start, it is not fast enough...that's odd...
One strategy that I did is make a CPU Bowser appear on Hyrule Temple. At the position where he was, I summoned two more Bowsers there. I made Fox or Falco stand at the right of two Bowsers, and at the left of the third Bowser.
The Bowser on the far left is against a wall. He has an Infinite Super Scope. As he fired, I reflected the bullets back to gain combos. However, the combo meter stops at around 170 combos because of the knockback. Could this strategy be similar to the World Record tactic?

Not really, WR strategy involves rapid kicks...

I had a feeling that it was not a good tactic...oh well. I heard that KSK has his videos on MSN, but I have no way of accessing them. Is there any way for me to see them?

I have another question. For all of the characters besides the button mashing characters (Link, Pikachu, Ness, etc.), there is no better method than Wall Bounce, right? Do you know any characters which are exceptions?

hay thar lysta. Anyways, you ought to be able to reset damage without breaking the combo, just tap start twice as fast as you can, right after a kick. Like, not right before you have to press A again, but rather right after so you have time. gl 2 u.

That's odd...the link brings me to a very odd website. The original site seems to be gone. Did the link change?

Now I know why my Fox/Falco runs do not work. All this time, I set the speed to 1/2, when it should have been 1/4. I understand why my resetting of the damage was too fast for me.
I thank you all for helping me. I may not be KSK, but I can try at least.

Fox and Falco are pretty easy to do if you use an other strat.
Go to hyrule, CPU IC. Go to the right, where everything is flat.. 1st ICs: Kill Nana 2nd and 3rd ICs: Do Infinite Scope Glitch on Nana and Popo then, go to the left with Falco until you hit the little wall. Shine here. With Popo only IC, crouch right of Falco. With the other ICs press A consistently.
=> it should give many green circles around the shots..
in about 20min, you got the max combo..
If you have any questions, just ask.
I Have Max Combo with:
- Bowser - DK - Fox - Falco - IC - Kirby - Mewtwo
But i dont have a strat for GaW. Help?

Lalala, to get a higher combo on ness: 1. cpu is bowser 2. when his damage is high, he will start to go higher. You then need to jump and then do pk fire. Doing this i got 106. Hope this helps.

1. what's the red shell trick? 2. i can't do the Mewtwo freeze glitch; is it possible in version 1.2 (what i have) Go to the Green Greens stage with the blocks that fall down from the sky. Notice that there are three columns (i dont think thats spelled correctly) of blocks. Attack the blocks so that there is just one bottom ROW (not column, but ROW) of three blocks. Stand on the middle one with the CPU (set it to "human"). Wait for blocks to fall down on either side of you until you are trapped between a wall of blocks. Choose red shells from the items and put as many shells as possible into the place you are standing. Attack the shells, and then you and the CPU should have 999% damage and 144-277 combos. Sorry for the long and bad explanation, it is hard to explain. For Mewtwo, I dont know how to do the freeze glitch. I got my combos with a CPU Bowser on hyrule temple, using the shadow ball.

I'm doing the Ness combos on the Great Bay stage where I put a Bowser between one of the lower small platforms and the big upper platform. Then, I pk fire and push the Bowser in as the damage gets higher so when the Bowser rises, it hits the top platform and can't go up. I got 88 with this a few minutes ago. ;D
